Facing our private spaces in solitude, human connections are now tethered by a single screen a wall both invisible and tangible. Bound by technology, our vision and movements are confined within an invisibly restricted realm. Within these narrow, towering constraints, dancers have evolved a new language of the body. Every choreographer holds a core philosophy; today’s emerging creators often center their work on contemporary issues, weaving these themes into the fabric of dance to interpret the world through raw emotional expression.
